Off the record and Phang Nga beaches were the scenes of intrigue yesterday as two unidentified objects emerged from the sea, sparking a wave of speculation and curiosity amongst locals and tourists alike.
Karon Beach in Phuket was the first to experience this uncommon prevalence. The local lifeguard on duty found an unfamiliar object and promptly alerted the mayor of Tambon Karon, Jadet Wicharasorb. This object, seemingly constructed of fibreglass, weighed a hefty one hundred kilogrammes and had cables attached. Notably, it bore what seemed to be a serial number and was adorned with small seashells.
“It had cables and a few overseas language written on it. It could probably be part of an ocean marker. It might be faraway from the beach and stored for additional inspection.”
The lifeguard who found the thing initially believed it to be a fragment of an aircraft. This led to other conjectures, with some postulating it might be house debris, probably linked to India’s recent lunar mission.
Meanwhile, an identical situation unfolded on Bang Niang seashore in Koh Khor Khao, Phang Nga. Here, locals discovered one other object bearing a resemblance to an aircraft or spacecraft part. This event further fueled the ongoing speculation and curiosity sparked by the initial discovery in Phuket, reports Bangkok Post.
In different Phuket news, a 50 12 months old Australian man jumped to dying from the 6th floor of carpark facility at Phuket International Airport. The incident occurred at eight.20pm on Tuesday and was reported to the Sakhu Police Station officers.
The man was identified as Justin Keith Hector Beasley and was carrying a long-sleeve black shirt, black shorts, and leather-based sneakers. Many witnesses noticed Beasley trying to leap and tried to cease him, but they failed. One of the witnesses mentioned that Beasley was shouting and yelling before jumping…
“F’ck! F*ck!”
