Sulzer has opened a model new state-of-the-art service centre for rotating gear in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Using cutting-edge machinery and advanced digital technologies, Sulzer’s new centre will provide repairs, upgrades, retrofits and elements manufacturing for a wide range of kit including pumps, steam generators, compressors and expanders regardless of the authentic tools producer (OEM).
The 10 500 sq ft engineering amenities have been designed to deliver quick and efficient workflows incorporating digital and lean ideas.
Privacy has additionally invested in its components manufacturing capabilities at Vadodara adding new equipment corresponding to superior CNC 4-axis turnmill machines, vertical and horizontal balancing machines, in addition to experience in design and materials engineering and additive manufacturing.
The Vadodara group has entry to Sulzer’s international engineering capabilities, together with Venlo in the Netherlands and Indonesia which have expertise and experience in turbomachinery repairs and upgrades.
Sulzer has been delivering manufacturing and maintenance services in India for more than 30 years.
