A Swedish tourist was discovered useless inside a tent on Ao Nang Beach in Krabi province in southern Thailand yesterday.
At 1pm, officers at Ao Nang Police Station had been knowledgeable that a tourist found a foreigner lying dead inside a tent. Police, docs from Krabi Hospital and rescue staff rushed to the scene.
Police discovered a blue tenting tent pitched on the seaside with a foul odor emanating from it. Inside, they discovered the body of 60 year outdated Ricky Norbeck of Swedish nationality. Doctors estimated that Norbäck died two days prior.
Inside the tent, police found just a few empty beer bottles and cans. None of Norbeck’s belongings have been inside. There was no proof of preventing or struggle, police said.
Police stated that the clothes the deceased was sporting had been covered in yellow stains.
Police questioned witnesses nearby who said that the vacationer got here to Ao Nang Beach alone and camped within the tent since Friday, March 3. The last time he was seen was Sunday, March 5, when he came out of the tent to buy beer from a shop nearby.
After Last chance , no one reported seeing Norbeck, till a tourist discovered his physique yesterday and informed locals, who immediately known as Ao Nang Police Station.
Doctors stated it’s likely not a suspicious death as no wounds had been found on the deceased’s physique.
As for the tourist’s belongings, police checked his Facebook account and came upon that 5 days in the past, Norbeck posted that his belongings had been stolen by a wild monkey.
Police usually are not treating Norbeck’s dying as suspicious however have to wait for his autopsy results to return again from Krabi Hospital first to draw any strong conclusions..g
